       While it may be hard to accept, we are now your queens. We do expect a war to arise from this, stupid fools. You just can't except that what's done is done. However, because you are going to fight us, our reign will be much harsher than it would be otherwise. If we win the war, and trust us; we will, extreme actions will be taken to ensure peace, economy and our general entertainment.

         All men, except for a breeding stock and select entertainers, will be immediately castrated and put into manual labor.

         The world will be split in half; the northern and southern hemispheres. In order to tell who belongs where, citizens of the north will have the letters "BV" carved into their right forearms and citizens of the south will be branded with their Queen's symbol on their left upper arm.

         All laws will be strictly enforced; punishment for breaking laws will be instant, consistent and severe. Rebellion will not be tolerated; all parties found to be involved in an act of rebellion will be immediately extinguished via old-fashioned means of execution.

        Careers and positions will be appointed according to skills and abilities. If you are cooperative their will be one day a week in which no work is requires and entertainment will be provided free of charge. Strong work ethics and community morals will be quite generously rewarded.

        Nobles and royal servants will be appointed at a later date.

       We would like you to know that we don't wish for you to be miserable under our reign, but if you force us, we will make it so. So long and we patiently await your attacking forces.
